Job Description
Configure and manage core HR modules including Global HR, Absence Management, and Talent Management to align with business needs.
Lead system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, ensuring successful adoption.
Develop and maintain complex security roles and profiles to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Design and execute efficient data conversion and migration strategies from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
Requirements
Techno-Functional Consultant (70% technical + 8+ years of experience)
Implementation experience with any 3 Core HR (Global HR) modules
AI agentic studio – ideally Expert who implemented agents , ( but if in case we are not getting the profiles then intermediate (Someone with understanding of the concepts , has learning experience )
Technical Skills Java, SQL
